The realization of a project, carried out by our specialized staff, is entrusted to the technical office, which is equipped with the best 3D modeling and Cam programming software such as Solidworks and SolidCam.
Our staff has specialized over the years thanks to countless practical experiences in the production department and the help of specific technical courses in the field of metalworking which allows them to create complex products with the best results.
The production department is made up of around twenty people who work 24 hours a day and highly technological machinery that carries out multiple productions simultaneously, whether small or large quantities. We also have a filming department to carry out operations that cannot be carried out on machines and a finishing department which, with the aid of various vibrating systems, can smooth, tumble and polish the components made.
Consol is a company that pays the utmost attention to the precision of the products it creates; therefore, one cannot fail to talk about the quality. The quality managers constantly monitor the productions and train the operators on the use of the measuring instruments present in the metrology room, which contains within it, in addition to all the standard instruments, also two altimeters, a profile projector and a Zeiss measuring machine.
